As a Security Officer Patrol Response Team in Scottsdale AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings parking areas entrances and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points assist with visitor and staff directions and support security-related screening and/or access procedures in accordance with location requirements.
• Document incidents patrol activity and/or maintenance or security-related concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors staff and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
