PACT Charter School(Pursuing Academics and Character Together) has an openingfor the 2026-2027school year for an ElementarySpecial Education Paraprofessionalto assist teachers with individual student needs served by special education within the general education setting.

• The hours will roughly be 7:45-3:15 on student contact days. Hours may vary depending on before and after school duties. Elementary could be as early as 7:40am and as late as 3:35pm.
• Two years of higher education or Associates (or higher) degree are preferred or completion of the Paraprofessional Exam.
• Starting Step/Lane pay range is $18.00 to $36.40 depending upon qualifications. (See full wage schedule attached.)

Location and Community: PACT is located in Ramsey Minnesota a family friendly and growing community of Anoka County with current population around 25000 and 25 miles northwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul. Ramsey is bordered on the south and east by the scenic beauty of the Mississippi and Rum Rivers. The PACT Elementary campus is located at 7250 East Ramsey Parkway in the 420 acre COR Development and next to Ramseys newest park The Draw which includes an amphitheater water feature farmers market concerts and other community events. The PACT Secondary campus is located atst Ave NW between Central Park in Ramsey and the St. Katharine Drexel Church parks and an extensive trail system are readily accessible and connected by a network of trails that link The COR to the regional parks and trail people have chosen to live in Ramsey because of its rural character wetlands wildlife and housing choices. U.S. Highways 10/169 and State Highway 47 are two main routes. Northstar Commuter Rail stops in Ramsey and runs to and from downtown Minneapolis.
