Full-Stack React & Developer | Web Applications, Agile, & Scalable Microservices

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in and to develop high-quality scalable web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design implement and maintain innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coding reviewing and troubleshooting frontend and backend components ensuring optimal performance and user experience within an agile environment.

Software Requirements

Required Software Proficiency:

• (latest stable version) extensive experience in developing dynamic responsive user interfaces

• (latest LTS version) strong experience in building backend services and APIs

• JavaScript (ES6) proficiency in scripting for client and server-side development

• Version control: Git and GitHub experience managing source code and collaborating through pull requests and branches

• Testing frameworks: Jest Mocha proven experience in unit and integration testing

Preferred Software Skills:

• Front-end libraries: Redux Material-UI Bootstrap familiarity with UI component libraries and state management

• Backend frameworks: experience building RESTful APIs and server-side logic

• Cloud platforms: AWS Azure or GCP understanding of deploying applications in cloud environments for scalability

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop test and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using and in an agile environment

• Collaborate with designers product managers and backend teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications

• Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices and coding standards

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality

• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and backend issues to ensure application stability and performance

• Support continuous integration/delivery pipelines and automate deployment processes

• Develop and update technical documentation including architecture API specifications and user flows

• Stay current with latest trends in React and web technologies; share knowledge to promote best practices

Technical Skills (By Category)

• Programming Languages:

  • Essential: JavaScript (ES6) for full-stack development

  • Preferred: TypeScript for better code quality and maintainability

• Frameworks & Libraries:

  • Redux UI and server-side frameworks supporting scalable applications

• Databases & Data Management:

  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL options (MongoDB) for backend data storage

• Cloud Technologies:

  • Familiarity with deploying applications on AWS Azure or GCP (preferred)

• Development Tools & Methodologies:

  • Git pull request workflows Agile/Scrum practices CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

• Security Practices:

  • Knowledge of secure coding principles user authentication and authorization best practices

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of experience delivering full-stack web applications with and

• Proven track record of developing scalable responsive and high-performance applications

• Experience working within Agile teams participating in code reviews and following best practices

• Exposure to cloud deployment automated testing and CI/CD pipelines is desirable

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ensuring accessibility and responsive design in frontend applications

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and enhance frontend React components and backend services

• Collaborate with product owners and designers to implement features aligned with business needs

• Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and optimize performance

• Troubleshoot and fix frontend/backend issues bugs and performance bottlenecks

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code APIs and deployment procedures

• Participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospective meetings

• Continuously learn new tools and trends to improve development efficiency and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

• 3 years of experience in full-stack development with and

• Proven capability to develop responsive scalable web applications supporting enterprise needs

• Certifications in React or frameworks are a plus

• Experience working in fast-paced collaborative Agile environments
