Work Model: Primarily On-site (5 days/month remote flexibility)

Overview
We are seeking a Senior SQA Analyst to support a critical system used in regulatory and banking examination functions. This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality secure and reliable applications that support financial system oversight. You will work in a highly collaborative Agile environment alongside product owners developers and business stakeholders to drive quality across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies for enterprise applications
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios acceptance criteria and test cases
- Develop and execute test plans scripts and datasets for functional and non-functional testing
- Perform manual and automated testing across UI API and backend systems
- Identify document and resolve defects and issues in collaboration with development teams
- Ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC via peer reviews and QA best practices
- Define and report on quality metrics (performance reliability security accessibility)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with Agile delivery timelines
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and QA processes
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies tools and testing frameworks
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing
- Experience with .NET Java and JavaScript technologies
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent problem-solving communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Background in financial services or regulatory systems
- Strong experience with test automation design and scripting
- Exposure to cloud-based application environments
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Appian) plus
- Experience with test automation tools like AccelQ plus
