We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Electro-Mechanical) to join our dynamic team in El Segundo California.

This positions internal job code is Production Operations Specialist. Our team is currently hiring a level 3.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops implements and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures improves production efficiency and optimizes product quality
• Monitors assesses and provides status on production progress actions issue resolution and support needs
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate
• Conducts staffing and cost analyses
• Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
• Represents manufacturing on production related issues
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate

• Establishes and maintains production schedules

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• More than 3 years of experience in electronics electro-mechanical and printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies
• More than 1 year of experience leading teams
• More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• More than 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel
• Experience aggregating visualizing and analyzing data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL Excel PowerBI etc.)

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master4 years related work experience 10 years related work experience etc.

Summary Pay Range: $96900 - $131100
