What Youll Do

Youll report directly to the CFO and play a key role in the companys accounting operations.

Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and cash accounts
Prepare general ledger entries & month-end adjustments
Assist with payroll processing and accuracy checks
Support monthly reporting & account reconciliations
Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation
Maintain organized financial records
Support accounting and finance projects as needed

What Were Looking For

- 37 years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Public accounting or CPA firm background strongly preferred (not required)
- Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting finance or business preferred
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
