You will be responsible for reviewing content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines making quick and objective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Video Moderation: Review and moderate video content from a major social media platform.
• Objective Decision-Making: Apply company guidelines to approve flag or deny content.
• Brand Representation: Uphold the brands professional standards and community safety rules.
• Efficiency: Act quickly and decisively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively within a massive growing multicultural team.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or C1 level of Italian and a good command of English (B2).
• Location: Based in Porto or willing to relocate.
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Experience: Previous background in Content Moderation BPO or customer service is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Resistance to stress ability to work under pressure and comfort with task repetition.
