Content Moderator Italian Speaker Porto Portugal

Location: POP Porto Office Park Porto
Start Date: 28 May 2026
Contract: 6 months (renewable)
Salary: 1000 base salary x14 months
Relocation Package included
Work Model: On-site (100%)

Rotational Shifts (24/7 MondaySunday):
07:00 16:00
14:00 23:00
22:30 07:30

Your Responsibilities:
Review and moderate online videos content and user complaints
Ensure content complies with community and copyright guidelines
Audit and update platform content accurately
Protect customer data and follow all internal processes
Maintain knowledge of platform products and services to achieve KPIs

Requirements:
Italian level C1 and English level B2
EU Work Authorization is mandatory
Strong computer and navigation skills
Excellent communication abilities
Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
