En tant que gestionnaire facturation vous intervenez en support sur tout le périmètre de lensemble de nos activités (Neuves BEX Entretien Travaux et Modernisation) et travaillez en collaboration avec lensemble du service.

Poste en CDD de 6 mois.

Au cours dune journée type vous devrez:

• Assurer la facturation de nos services (vérification des données émission et envoi client)

• Emettre les demandes de cautions bancaires

• Assurer des actions de contrôle et daudit interne pour garantir le respect des process

• Être force de proposition pour faire évoluer les process existants et optimiser les délais de traitement

• Assurer linterface entre les clients et les différents services de nos entités Constructions Neuves et Vente Service

Pour ce faire vous bénéficierez dune formation et dun accompagnement permanent de lensemble du Service.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Être diplômé dune formation type BTS CGou expérience équivalente

• Justifier dune première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire

• Avoir une appétence pour les chiffres

• Maitriser les outils bureautiques (Word Excel Outlook)

Logiciels informatiques internes: Altiweb JD Edwards (ERP) ELog (CRM)

Logiciels informatiques externes : Chorus et plateformes de facturation privées
