We are hiring for our client a leading professional services organisation seeking a Turnaround and Restructuring Manager / Associate Director to join their growing team in Dublin. The Role:
- Lead financial restructuring engagements including liquidity reviews and independent business reviews (IBRs).
- Advise clients on cash preservation performance improvement and turnaround strategies.
- Support negotiations with key stakeholders such as lenders investors and management teams.
- Conduct diagnostics and execute performance improvement workstreams.
- Manage insolvency processes including liquidations receiverships and examinerships.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
The Person:
- Essential: Chartered Accountant or equivalent with strong financial analysis and restructuring experience.
- Skills: Experience in managing complex restructuring assignments operational turnarounds and stakeholder engagement.
- Competencies: Strong project management skills interpersonal communication and the ability to work under pressure.
