The Role:

• Lead financial restructuring engagements including liquidity reviews and independent business reviews (IBRs).
• Advise clients on cash preservation performance improvement and turnaround strategies.
• Support negotiations with key stakeholders such as lenders investors and management teams.
• Conduct diagnostics and execute performance improvement workstreams.
• Manage insolvency processes including liquidations receiverships and examinerships.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

The Person:

• Essential: Chartered Accountant or equivalent with strong financial analysis and restructuring experience.
• Skills: Experience in managing complex restructuring assignments operational turnarounds and stakeholder engagement.
• Competencies: Strong project management skills interpersonal communication and the ability to work under pressure.
