Seeking an experienced and motivated High Net Worth Producer to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships with high net worth clients by identifying their unique insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and education to clients about available insurance products benefits and coverage options ensuring full understanding and satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients by delivering exceptional service building trust and executing on commitments.
- Collaborate with internal underwriters account managers and claims representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed on industry trends policy changes and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities for clients and the business.
- Meet or exceed established sales and retention goals through strategic planning proactive relationship management and continuous client engagement.
- Act as a subject matter expert in high net worth insurance attending client meetings community events and networking opportunities to enhance the companys standing in the market.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ethical behavior.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Valid Insurance Producer license required.
- Proven sales experience within the insurance field with a focus on high net worth clients strongly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products including property and casualty auto liability and specialty coverage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively understand client needs and build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools to manage client accounts and drive sales strategies.
- Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
