As a Debt Capital Markets Analyst on our Finance team you will play a key role in underwriting and executingdebttransactions across the Bridge Logistics platform. You will support the full lifecycle of debt placementsincluding acquisitionfinancingconstruction financingrefinancings and recapitalizationsworking closely with senior team members lenders and internal stakeholders tooptimizecapital structure and ensure efficient deal execution.This role will report to the Vice President Finance.
Support the underwriting and execution of property-level and fund-level debt transactions including acquisition financingconstruction financingrefinancings subscription facilities and other structured financing solutions acrossourflagship funds
Build andmaintaindetailed financial models to analyze cash flow debt sizing returns and sensitivity scenarios
Prepare and coordinate lender deliverables includingdebtoffering memorandaandapproval materials ensuring accuracy and alignment with asset business plans and underwriting assumptions
Review loan documents toidentifykey covenants reporting requirements and borrower obligations andmaintaindetailed trackers to ensuretimelycompliance with all lender deliverables
Activelymonitorloan performance post-closing including covenant compliance cash flow performancereporting requirementsand key loan milestones such as extensions modifications and release pricing events
Prepare andmaintainquarterly portfolio-level debt reporting including analysis of leverageandmaturitiesacross assets and funds
What you should bring
2 years of experience in real estatefinancelending or debt capital markets
4-yearbachelorsdegreerequired preferably in FinanceReal EstateAccounting orrelated field
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with commercial real estate loan structures is a plus
Experience with Argus Enterpriseisa plus
Yardiand Yardi Debt Managermoduleexperienceisa plus

Parental Leave
Following six (6) months of employment eligible employees may receive:

Following two (2) years of employment eligible primary caregivers may receive up to twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement

Tuition Reimbursement of up to $5000 per year for preapproved education expenses
Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months
