Job Summary
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst Talent Operations to join our growing Talent Operations team. This junior-level role provides essential administrative and process support across the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle. The Analyst will focus on scheduling data management onboardinglogistics and document preparation across multiple business units to ensure both candidates and hiring teams have seamless experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling internal communications and pre-hire logistics.
- Prepare and distribute standard documents such as compliance forms onboarding materials and communications templates.
- Support execution of new hire onboarding tasks (system setup onboarding paperwork background check invitations I-9 invitations).
- Assist with day-one readiness tasks (orientation invitations system access coordination new hire communications).
- Develop and publish monthly new hire announcements on the firm intranet to welcome new team members and promote engagement across the firm.
- Analyze new hire onboarding survey feedback and route insights to the appropriate teams for follow-up and process improvement.
- Provide administrative support ensuring all candidate documents are accurately filed across various systems.
- Maintain data accuracy within the ATS (Greenhouse Workday or similar).
- Ensure offer details candidate records and background check statuses are updated and error-free.
- Assist with audit preparation compliance documentation and data entry.
- Maintain and update internal process guides new hire forms and team leader resources to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Support special projects process improvements and system implementations within the TA function.
- Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition leadership including interview scheduling and ad hoc coordination support.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and flag them to the Senior Associate or Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 1 years of HR recruiting or administrative experience; experience in TA operations or onboarding strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors Taleo Greenhouse) a plus.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $50000-$55000/yr Base Salary Compensation Range. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience subject matter expertise geographic location where work will be performed and the applicants skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical dental vision life and 401(k).Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidates experience and education.
