This job is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across segments. Key responsibilities include setting program strategy guiding senior managers influencing priorities and fostering collaboration across product channel and operations. Job expectations include driving innovation engaging executive stakeholders ensuring governance and delivering measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and change leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Guides the strategic direction of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across business segments
- Provides strategic guidance to senior managers and engage executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program execution
- Fosters collaboration across product channel and operations teams to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery of initiatives
- Ensures governance frameworks are followed and deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and performance tracking
- Drives innovation and lead change initiatives that enhance enterprise capabilities and support continuous improvement
Managerial Responsibilities:
