Role Overview

The Janitorial / Custodial / Housekeeping employee is responsible for maintaining clean safe and organized work areas throughout the facility. This role supports production warehouse office restroom breakroom and common areas by following cleaning procedures safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain assigned areas including production areas warehouse areas offices restrooms breakrooms and common spaces.

Sweep mop vacuum dust sanitize and remove trash as required.

Restock supplies such as paper products soap sanitizer and cleaning materials.

Follow proper cleaning procedures for GMP and non-GMP areas.

Use cleaning chemicals tools and equipment safely and according to instructions.

Report spills safety hazards damaged equipment or facility concerns.

Support housekeeping expectations in production and warehouse areas.

Maintain janitorial closets supplies and equipment in an organized manner.

Follow PPE safety GMP and company policies.

Complete cleaning logs checklists or other required documentation as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

Ability to work 12-hour shifts or assigned facility schedule.

English proficiency spoken and written.

Previous janitorial custodial housekeeping or sanitation experience preferred.

Ability to stand walk bend reach push pull and perform repetitive movements.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Demonstrated consistent work history and job longevity.

Ability to follow cleaning instructions safety procedures and chemical handling requirements.

Skills & Abilities

Attention to detail and cleanliness.

Time management and ability to complete assigned tasks.

Knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitation practices.

Ability to follow GMP PPE and safety standards.

Reliability and accountability.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
