Job Summary:

• Deliver an elevated bar experience by crafting cocktails mixed drinks and personalised beverages that exceed guest expectations
• Provide seamless service during bar operations including food and beverage service
• Ensure the bar is impeccably presented and well-stocked throughout service upholding the highest cleanliness and organisational standards
• Contribute to unforgettable guest experiences by anticipating needs and adding thoughtful memorable touches to each interaction
• Assist in daily bar operations and support your team to ensure smooth and efficient service flow
• Foster genuine connections with both new and returning guests delivering our legendary service and encouraging loyalty through meaningful engagement

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA is mandatory
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of classic cocktails
• Working rights in Australia
