Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorship Manager

Help us build partnerships that save lives. Our clients Foundation delivers FAST Heroes a global education program empowering children to recognise and act on stroke symptoms. With a growing international footprint and vibrant digital channels were ready to expand our corporate impact.

We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager to secure missionaligned corporate relationships and commercial collaborations. Youll identify and pitch to companies create partnership packages steward longterm supporters and unlock sponsorship opportunities across our digital ecosystem especially our rapidly expanding YouTube channel.

This role is perfect for someone commercially minded skilled in building relationships and confident presenting to senior stakeholders. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate fundraising and generating sustainable income that fuels FAST Heroes growth globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Partnerships

• Build and manage a pipeline of UK and international corporate prospects.
• Identify approach and secure new missionaligned partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and pitches.
• Manage longterm corporate relationships ensuring outstanding stewardship.
• Deliver partnership reporting impact narratives and activation plans.

Digital Sponsorship & Commercial Income

• Develop sponsorship packages for the FAST Heroes YouTube channel and other digital assets.
• Work closely with content and digital teams to align sponsor visibility with programme storytelling.
• Explore brand collaborations causerelated marketing and commercial partnership models.
• Secure digital sponsorships that support channel growth and global reach.

Business Development

• Build structured revenue pipelines forecasting income accurately.
• Track KPIs report on partnership performance and optimise engagement strategies.
• Represent the organisation with credibility in corporate settings and highlevel meetings.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in corporate partnerships business development CSR or commercial sponsorships.
• Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Ability to communicate compelling value propositions to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with high commercial awareness.
• Experience working with digital platforms and sponsorship models (desirable).
