What youll be doing
In this pivotal role you will report to insert managers name and collaborate closely with a dedicated team. Your expertise will help us maintain and enhance our quality management systems ensuring we meet the highest standards for our customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives.
Provide training and support to colleagues on quality-related matters.
Monitor and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What youll need to have (our must-haves)
Proven experience in quality management systems within a relevant industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
It would be great if you also have
Experience with ISO standards.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
