Project Manager

Fortinet is looking for a project manager working directly with R&D Customer Support and Sales team to manage critical pre-sales feature development and post-sales issue resolution related to Fortinets key this individual contributor role you will manage escalations from the field understand the details of the customers new feature requirements and issues and track projects until a solution is delivered.

As a Project Manager you will:

• Have previous experience in project management technical support software development or QA
• Hold a bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related technical discipline
• Have prior experience in handling complex customer escalations and working closely with sales and support engineers
• Possess knowledge of TCP/IP firewalls routers switches VPN IPS Antivirus Web Filtering Antispam etc.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to field requests with good judgement on case severity and business impact
• Exhibit strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professionalism
• Be self-motivated detail-oriented ability to work under pressure

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136000-$166000. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits including medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) 11 paid holidays vacation time and sick time as well as a comprehensive leave program.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market job type and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidates subject knowledge skill level qualifications experience and geographic location.

All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program. Bonus eligibility is reviewed at the time of hire and annually at the Companys discretion.
