Branch Manager | Cairns

Synergie is seeking a commercially driven BranchManager to lead and grow our Far North Queensland operation based in Cairns. This is a high-impact leadership role with autonomy client ownership and strong future growth potential.

This is not a behind-the-desk leadership role. Were looking for a strong operator who can drive sales build client relationships lead from the front and support a growing blue-collar recruitment business on the ground.

Youll take ownership of an established operation managing a small team while focusing on business development client growth operational delivery and workforce safety.

What youll be doing:
Driving new business development and growing existing client partnerships
Leading from the front across sales recruitment delivery and operations
Managing and mentoring a small team
Supporting workforce planning site visits and client engagement across the region
Building a high-performing branch with future team growth in mind
Maintaining strong safety and compliance standards across operations

What were looking for:
Strong leadership experience within recruitment labour hire staffing or workforce solutions
Proven business development and client management capability
A hands-on operator who enjoys being out with clients and teams
Ability to lead and grow a small branch environment
Someone commercially driven resilient and highly accountable
Local market knowledge or established regional networks highly regarded
