We are looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to build manage and scale our strategic partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business development and relationship management with a strong focus on marketplaces and technology partners (software and hardware).
You will be responsible for developing high-impact partnerships that drive revenue expand our market presence and strengthen our position within the commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strategic partnerships with marketplaces (e.g. delivery platforms aggregators) and key technology providers
Own partner relationships end-to-end: from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing growth and performance management
Identify new partnership opportunities that align with company growth strategy
Drive commercial outcomes through partnerships (joint go-to-market pipeline generation revenue contribution)
Act as the main point of contact for partners ensuring strong long-term relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Product and Marketing teams to activate and scale partnerships
Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
Track and report on partner performance ensuring clear ROI
Your SuperPowers
37 years of experience in partnerships business development or commercial roles
Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders
Experience working with marketplaces SaaS platforms or tech ecosystems is a strong plus
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close revenue opportunities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
