Job Summary

We are looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Manager to build manage and scale our strategic partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business development and relationship management with a strong focus on marketplaces and technology partners (software and hardware).

You will be responsible for developing high-impact partnerships that drive revenue expand our market presence and strengthen our position within the commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with marketplaces (e.g. delivery platforms aggregators) and key technology providers

  • Own partner relationships end-to-end: from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing growth and performance management

  • Identify new partnership opportunities that align with company growth strategy

  • Drive commercial outcomes through partnerships (joint go-to-market pipeline generation revenue contribution)

  • Act as the main point of contact for partners ensuring strong long-term relationships

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Product and Marketing teams to activate and scale partnerships

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms

  • Track and report on partner performance ensuring clear ROI

Your SuperPowers

  • 37 years of experience in partnerships business development or commercial roles

  • Strong relationship management skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders

  • Experience working with marketplaces SaaS platforms or tech ecosystems is a strong plus

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close revenue opportunities

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment

  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
