Machine Maintenance First Shift

Position: Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Details: Full-time 1st Shift 4 x 10 hour days

Twin Resources LLC is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our customer team on the 1st shift. As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment and facilities in their Springfield OH location. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery equipment and facilities

- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.

- Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies

- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

- Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

- Assist with new equipment installations and modifications as needed

- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

- Strong mechanical electrical skills

-Basic PLC troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Proficient in using hand and power tools

- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment

- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular working hours

- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them at all times
