- Handle inbound leads (no cold prospecting required)
- Present financial/lending solutions to clients
- Close deals efficiently and consistently
- Work within a structured sales process and CRM system
- Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets
- Maintain discipline punctuality and performance standards
Compensation Structure
- Base salary: $2000/month
- Commission: High uncapped
- Openers and closers earn split commissions
- Full-cycle reps earn 100% commission share
- Realistic earning potential:
- R60KR150K within months
- Top performers significantly higher
