SUMMARY:

We are seeking motivated reliable and team-oriented individuals to join our culinary team as Line Cooks and Prep Cooks ranging from entry-level to skilled. Whether you are just starting your kitchen career or bringing previous experience we value a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.

REPORTS TO: Head Chef

DIRECT REPORTS: None

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with preparation and execution of menu items according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation standards

• Execute prep tasks efficiently including chopping portioning labeling and storing ingredients

• Support the line during service maintaining pace and accuracy under pressure

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth timely and consistent service

• Participate in training sessions and actively seek feedback for continued improvement

• Follow all kitchen protocols including proper use of kitchen equipment and tools

• Contribute to daily opening and closing procedures including cleaning and stocking

SKILLS ABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE:

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential

• Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants

• Ability to follow directions take initiative and work well in a fast-paced team environment

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of personal responsibility

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity

• Continually required to climb balance bend stoop kneel or crawl

• Frequently required to talk or hear utilize visual acuity to operation equipment read technical information and/or use a keyboard

• Frequently required to stand walk and sit for prolonged periods of time

• Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 35 pounds

• Must be able to access and navigate the Manifest facility

• Noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate
