Position: Legal Intern
Department: Legal
Location: Milan (hybrid work is possible if the candidate demonstrates the ability to productively work remotely.)

Job Overview
Casavo Management S.r.l. seeks a legal intern who will support the companys lawyers in several day-to-day activities related to their practice as is customary for the role.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal and operational support to the Legal Counsel with the following activities
- Litigation Matters Active and passive litigations with regard to real estate
- Ordinary Corporate Governance Corporate Governance formalities both in Italy and France
- Extraordinary Transactions M&A Activities due diligence Equity and debt financing
- Strategic Partnership Commercial Agreements
- Intellectual Property monitoring and protection of the brand
- Privacy support to the DPO
- Summarize cases and prepare reports for the companys lawyers
- Draft proof-read file organize and archive legal documents and memos
- Conduct research investigate facts and develop legal arguments
- Monitor changes in the law and jurisprudence and draft updates
Qualifications & Skills:
- Confident and poised attitude in internal and external interactions
- Legal research and organizational skills
- Exceptional oral and good written communications skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Proficiency with office productivity tools
- English B2 or higher
- Must be based in or around Milan Italy
