The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Intern to join our team in Milan and support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for software products.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in structured technical documentation working in an international environment and learning best practices from experienced technical writers and technical teams.

What Youll Do:

As a Technical Documentation Intern you will:

• Support the creation and maintenance of structured technical documentation in English

• Assistin reviewing formatting and updating user manuals installation guides and technical procedures

• Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to gather technical information

• Support the documentation of system requirements with clarity and accuracy

• Use Microsoft Office and documentation tools to manage and organize content

• Follow documentation standards quality processes and internal guidelines

What Youll Bring:

• Student or recent graduate in a technical or scientific field (Engineering Computer Science Telecommunications or similar)

• Strong interest in technical documentation and technical communication

• Good writing skills with strong attention to detail

• Good written knowledge of English

• Native or fluent proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word

• Ability to follow instructions meet deadlines and work in an organized manner

AdditionalInformation:

• Previous experience as a translator interpreter or linguist isnotrequired

• A background in medical writing or biotechnology is not required

• The role is focused on developing skills in technical documentation for hardware/software products
