Job Summary

Job Title: Java J2EE Developer
Job Location: Jersey City NJ (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build microservices and integration solutions using Apache Camel.
Work with Kafka for messaging and real-time data processing.
Support cloud-based applications on AWS/Azure.
Write unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.
Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams.

Requirement:

7 10 years of Java/J2EE development experience.
Strong experience with Spring Boot Kafka and Apache Camel.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Experience with Git Jenkins CI/CD and Jira.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Quarkus.
Insurance domain experience.
Mainframe integration knowledge.
