Job Summary

Job Description:

Design and build agentic and GenAI solutions within pods following established architectures and best practices
Design and implement custom agent orchestration memory systems context management and stateful workflows without over-dependence on LangChain/LangGraph-style abstractions.
Implement agent workflows orchestration memory patterns and integrations with enterprise systems and APIs
Take algorithmic and model-level ownership of agent behavior including reasoning strategies planning algorithms fallback logic and failure handling.
Support endtoend delivery quality assurance and deployment of agentic applications
Apply responsible AI security compliance and governance standards in solution implementation
Collaborate with stakeholders and senior team members to translate business use cases into technical solutions
Assist with monitoring performance optimization and production issue resolution
Contribute to reusable assets documentation and internal accelerators while continuously learning and upskilling in AI platforms
