THE ROLE
As an Equipment Consultant youll serve as atrusted advisor to municipalities within your assigned territory. Youll focus on building relationships identifying customer needs and delivering equipment solutions that drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with municipal customers
  • Identifying opportunities and delivering consultative equipment solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and follow-up
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Representing BEC with professionalism integrity and service excellence

REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 years selling directly to municipalities
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Valid drivers license with the ability to travel daily
  • Must live near Green Bay WI
