Job Summary
Job Title: RM / SM / BDM – Mortgage & Housing Loans
Location: Chennai
CTC: Upto 8 LPA
Relationship Manager (RM): 4.5 LPA
Senior Manager (SM): 10 LPA
Business Development Manager (BDM): 7 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Housing Loan or Mortgage
Qualification: Any Graduate
Role Overview:
The role involves sourcing managing and growing the Mortgage / Housing Loan portfolio through channel engagement customer relationship management and proactive business development activities within the Chennai market.
Key Responsibilities:
Source Home Loan and Mortgage customers through direct sourcing and channel partners.
Build and manage relationships with customers builders connectors and DSA partners.
Conduct need analysis eligibility checks and coordinate with internal teams for credit processing.
Ensure completion of documentation verification and timely disbursal.
Achieve monthly business targets across product lines.
Maintain portfolio quality while driving consistent business volumes.
Conduct market research and competitor tracking to identify new opportunities.

Strong understanding of Home Loan / Mortgage products.
Good communication and customer engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business independently.
