As part of the indie group Symeo plays a key role in shaping tomorrows mobility technologies. Your work will directly contribute to breakthroughs in intelligent sensing positioning and radar systems that enable next-generation vehicles and industrial solutions.

We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to support the development of advanced industrial radar and telemetry this role you will design develop and test embedded software that powers next-generation sensing and positioning systems used in mobility and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop embedded software for radar and telemetry systems

  • Define test cases and implement system-level tests

  • Verify system performance in laboratory and field environments

  • Maintain and enhance existing industrial radar and telemetry products

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors Diploma or Masters degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Automation Engineering or a related field

  • Proficiency in C C and Python

  • Experience with FMCW radar

  • Experience with embedded platforms (e.g. 8 Xilinx Zynq NVIDIA) and FPGAs

  • Solid understanding of hardwaresoftware interaction

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex embedded systems

  • Experience with build systems CI/CD and development tools (e.g. Git Jenkins Jira Confluence)

  • Business-fluent English

Preferred:

  • German language skills
