Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Sr. Manager SEA NAlocatedin Singapore Central Singapore.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingas DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

The Sr. Manager SEA NA plays a critical role in supporting business operations strategy execution and organizational effectiveness across the Southeast Asia and North Asia markets. This role partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to drive operational discipline ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and enable sustainable business growth in diverse and complex markets. The position offers the opportunity to influence outcomes across multiple countries while contributing to DePuy Synthes mission to improve patient care through innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of regional business strategies and operational plans across SEA and North Asia in alignment with APAC and globalobjectives.

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to coordinate priorities initiatives and deliverables across multiple markets.

  • Analyze business performance financial results and operational metrics to support decisionmaking and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to planning forecasting and performance management processes at regional and market levels.

  • Ensure adherence to governance compliance and internal control requirements across assigned markets.

  • Support change initiatives transformation efforts and process improvement activities.

  • Prepare executivelevel reports presentations and insights for senior leadership.

  • Promote DePuy Synthes and Johnson & Johnson Credo values in all activities and interactions.

Where required to be managed locally:

  • Document handling: Print stamp/seal mail/ship distribute and route documents for wet signatures.

  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.

  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submitfilings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Operations or a related field is.

  • Mastersdegree orMBAis preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically8-10 years of progressive experience in business management operations strategy or regional roles.

  • Experience supporting multicountry or regional business operations in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Southeast Asia and/or North Asia markets.

  • Exposure to healthcare medicaldevice or other regulated industries.

  • Experience supporting transformation change management or growth initiatives.

  • Familiarity with regional performance management and reporting tools.

  • Experience working with global or APAC leadership teams.

Other:

  • Languages: English proficiency is;additionalAsian language skills are preferred.

  • Travel: Up to 2030% regional travel across SEA and North Asia.

  • Certifications: Business management strategy or project management certifications are preferred.
