Associate Town Planner

A growing boutique planning consultancy in Winchester is looking to appoint an Associate Town Planner to join its expanding team. Working closely with Directors youll take ownership of a varied caseload across residential commercial and mixed-use developments managing projects from initial appraisal through to determination and appeal.
The role is suited to an MRTPI-qualified planner with at least five years post-qualified experience gained in consultancy local authority or both. Youll be confident managing client relationships preparing high-quality planning submissions and advising on planning strategy across a range of development projects.
