Are you passionate about working with children and dedicated to helping them build confidence in and out of the water At Little Otter Swim School we believe in more than just teaching swim lessonswere committed to helping kids develop life-saving skills in a fun safe and empowering environment.

As a Swim Instructor youll play a vital role in teaching children of all ages how to swim while creating a positive supportive learning environment. Youll have the opportunity to directly impact our students lives helping them develop not just swim skills but confidence teamwork and personal growth.

What Youll Do:

Teach Swim Lessons: Lead swim lessons for children of various ages and skill levels tailoring your approach to help each student succeed.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure the safety of all students in and around the water by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Track Progress: Monitor and assess student progress providing feedback to both students and parents to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate & Support: Work closely with other instructors to create a fun and engaging learning environment. Share knowledge support each other and grow as a team.
Promote Positive Culture: Foster a supportive inclusive and fun atmosphere that builds confidence in students and contributes to a positive work culture.
