IH2O Environmental Solutions is a growing and established company specializing in residential environmental solutions throughout the Calgary area. We are currently looking for motivated customer-focused individuals to join our team.

This is a field-based role where you will meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments conduct quality assessments educate customers on environmental solutions and recommend customized systems designed to improve water quality comfort and overall home wellness.

No prior industry experience is required we provide full training mentorship and ongoing support.

Important Requirements

Before applying please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Must reside in the Greater Calgary Area
Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada
Valid drivers license required
Reliable vehicle required
Comfortable working in an in-person role
This is not a remote position

What Youll Do

• Meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments
• Conduct in-home quality and environmental assessments
• Educate customers on common water quality concerns and household environmental issues
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations
• Recommend customized treatment solutions based on customer needs
• Coordinate installation requirements with internal teams
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
• Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction
• Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities
• Maintain accurate lead appointment and sales records
• Communicate regularly with management regarding scheduling and performance

• Comfortable speaking and presenting to homeowners
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Sales customer service hospitality or in-home service experience is considered an asset

$80000 $90000 annually
(Base pay plus bonuses and performance incentives)
