Job Summary
TheSalesEffectiveness& InsightsAdvisorsupportsPBSsales teams to provide strategic consultation analytics andhighimpactinsighttools that strengthenopportunity targeting drive growthenable more effective sales activity and more efficient management of operational metrics. The role collaborates acrossteamstodrive a deeper understanding of our sales environment and create an aligned perspective on the state ofnew salesusinganalytical toolsanalytical methodsand emerging AI capabilities.The role willreport tothe SeniorDirector of Sales Strategy andExecution and is primarily focusedinbuilding andmaintaininga robust insights program thatdrives betterdecision making and execution across PBS New Sales and Consultant & Producer Strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Delivers high quality insights to support leadership decision making and capitalization of individual sales opportunities.
Develops and delivers high-quality salesinsights toidentifyperformance risks and opportunities.
Delivers real-time insights to supportnumerousorganizational enhancement activities.
Drives sales controls metricssystemsand processes which lead to organizational gains in productivity across all markets andfacilitatedistribution across all channels.
Performs ad hoc analyses toidentifytrends andmakesrecommendations for process and/or training improvements.
Delivers reporting infrastructure to support management activities and decision-making (Monthly Business Reviews weekly performance updatessales journey insightsetc)
Identifiesand advances opportunities toleverageAI automation and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency enhanceprospectinsights andsupport the selling process.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
6 years of relevant work experience
Bachelors degree inbusiness managementData Analytics Finance or Statistics
Strong PC skills including MSWord Excel working knowledge of internal IT systems PBM adjudication processes Sales force tools
Stronganalytic skillswith working knowledge of financials
Strongproficiencyin data combination manipulation and visualization
Preferredproficiencyin analytical tools like TableauAlteryx SQL query languageor other
Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Exceptional PowerPoint and/or other presentation/design type tools

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of 90200 - 150300 USD / yearly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
