Your Role at Pura:
Were looking to add a Jr. Retail Account Manager at Pura supporting our independent specialty retail channel which is crucial to Puras success and growth. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on meeting customer needs turns complaints into creative solutions and is passionate about cultivating strong partnershipsboth externally with our valued retailers and internally with our cross-functional teams. This person is a quick learner self-starter and has a knack for problem-solving.
You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. This is your chance to make an impact in a high-growth company thats redefining the way people experience scent.
What Youll Own:
- Account & Relationship Management:
- Manage and build strong relationships with our nationwide sales representatives acting as a crucial link between them and our customers.
- Order Lifecycle Ownership:
- Take charge of the complete customer order process from accurate placement and continuous tracking to proactive communication and necessary modifications ensuring every customer experience is transparent and satisfying.
- Retail Strategy:
- Assist in the development and execution of our retail strategy learning how to grow Puras physical footprint.
- Brand Partner Collaboration:
- Work directly with over 35 incredible fragrance brand partners to help expand their presence in the retail landscape.
- Operational Excellence:
- Be responsible for the setup of new retail items and assist with forecasting and delivery logistics.
- Industry Immersion:
- Represent Pura at trade shows gaining valuable exposure to the retail industry and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (required).
- 1-2 years of working experience but we prioritize passion and potential!
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively juggle multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Sharp eye for detail a proactive approach to work and a quick-learner mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking with a drive to identify the root cause of issues and implement lasting solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit with experience working across different teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-suite tools.
