Job Summary
- Disability Support Worker Ipswich Logan & Surrounding Areas
- Are you passionate about supporting people with disability The iCare Group Australia is looking for Disability Support Workers to join our team across SIL homes and community access support programs.
What Youll Do:
- Provide person-centred care in SIL homes or in the community.
- Assist with personal cares daily living tasks and community participation.
- Support clients with mental health needs and encourage independence.
- Work flexible rosters including days nights weekends and sleepovers (for SIL).
- What Were Looking For:
- Experience in disability or mental health support.
- Comfortable with personal cares.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or other relevant qualifications highly desirable.
- Compassionate reliable and team oriented.
- Current First Aid & CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check / Blue Card and drivers licence (or ability to obtain).
