The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in consultancy roles demonstrating a deep understanding of AMS principles and practices. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert AMS solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize application management and support services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AMS solutions.
• Provide training and support to clients on AMS best practices and tools.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in AMS.
• Proven consultancy experience with a focus on application management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with various application management tools and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in AMS or consultancy are a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in a consultancy role with a focus on AMS.
