About therole
We are seeking a Relationship Managerfor Bequest and Land Donations to join our passionate role offers an opportunity to use your talents to help prevent species extinction and protect private land in Victoria forever.
In this role youwill work closely with ourSenior Relationship Managerto grow andnurtureTrust for Natures relationships with covenantors donors and partners who would like to give cash and or non-cash (land) in support of our work.
Regular travel throughout regional Victoria is a core requirement of the roleto haveface-to-facevisits tosupport complex legacyand landconversations.

Whatson offer
This is atwoyearfixedtermposition offered on aparttimebasis at 0.60or0.80 FTE with flexible working arrangements supported.
The roleoperatesin a hybrid model combining work from home withfacetofacedays andstakeholder visits throughout Victoria.
The annual base salary range is$79517 to $90220plus 12% superannuation. This is theproratasalary based on 0.80 FTE.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about conservation and brings strong interpersonal skills professional judgement and perspective gained through substantial relevant and relatableexperience.
In this role you willsupport stakeholdersthrough discussions that include long-term planning legacy considerations and sensitive financial or personal matters. Your ability to relate authenticallyand build trust over time will be critical to your success.
The successful candidate will bring:
- At least 3-5 years experience in asimilarfundraisingrole
- Demonstrable success implementing the principles of best practice legacy fundraising and relationship management.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility andmaintainpositive trusted relationships to support long-term engagement.
- Ability to advise influence and engage stakeholders sensitively and with patience.
- The ability to use a database or Customer Relationship Management system. (Knowledge of Salesforce would be ideal.)
- This position requires a Drivers licenseandwillingnesstotravel.
