You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed FCO records in the ERP system ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information working under general supervision. The role guides the management and updates of Unit Affected Lists (UAL) and Customer Affected Lists (CAL) ensuring data remains current. The role involves integrating norms parts information and associated details into FCO records and populating the knowledge management system with FCO documentation and guidelines relevant documentation. The role organizes and validates Bills of Material (BOM) for FCO kits ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
The role supports the Service & Solutions Delivery organization in the timely completion of Field Change Orders (FCO) for the North America market; primarily responsible for assuring FCOs in NAM are managed in a timely manner through monitoring of data transactional tasks in ServiceMax assigned projects & data analysis.
Your Role:
Prepares detailed Field Change Order (FCO) records in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system ensuring that all necessary information is accurately documented and accessible working under general supervision.
Guides the management and updating of Unit Affected Lists (UAL) and Customer Affected Lists (CAL) within the FCO records ensuring that all data reflects the most current information.
Ensures that all required norms parts information and associated details are thoroughly loaded into the FCO records within the ERP system supporting seamless operations.
Populates the knowledge management system with up-to-date FCO-related documentation and guidelines ensuring that the information is readily available to all stakeholders.
Maintains the lifecycle of FCOs by regularly updating the status and details within the ERP system ensuring that all changes are accurately captured and communicated.
Organizes and manages the creation of Bills of Material (BOM) for FCO kits within the ERP system ensuring all components are listed and meet the specified requirements.
Validates all FCO-related data entries and updates to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations minimizing errors and maintaining data integrity.
Troubleshoots issues related to FCO data and processes identifying root causes and working with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and improve workflow efficiency.
Collects and analyzes FCO-related data to generate reports and insights that support continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence.
Participates in the development and enhancement of standard operating procedures for FCO management contributing to improved efficiency accuracy and effectiveness in the administration of field change orders.
You are fit if:
3 years as a Market FCO Manager
Candidate must have good analytic skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Knowledge of SAP and CRM applications would be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills and prior experience of working in Global teams preferable
Problem Solving skills

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This role is an office-based role.
