OurAutomotiveParts Interpreters are experts who:
- Provide technical support to our trade and retail customers through using their expertautomotiveparts/mechanical knowledge
- Build effective customer relationships
- Are superstar sellers and problem solvers and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
- Are committed to providing a genuine service where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
- Enjoy working in a busy phone customer contact role
- Are safety aware and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates.
The successful applicant will:
Demonstrate priorautomotiveparts or mechanical experience
Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience
Be comfortable sharing knowledge andcancommunicate in a technical and non-technical manner
Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
Be a proactive and driven team player who can also work independently
Have a flexible availability and hold a valid drivers licence (manual preferred).
