Your Day to Day

Lead the investment analysis team across the region evaluating development opportunities from market research through to valuation and approval.
Partner with development and leadership teams to provide financial insights that shape deal strategy and decisionmaking.
Oversee the preparation of deal approvals and ensure highquality analysis across all projects.
Guide and develop the team building capability and ensuring strong performance across multiple markets.
Lead strategic projects and continuously improve processes to strengthen analysis and outcomes.

What We Need From You

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Real Estate Hospitality or a related field.
10 years experience in investment analysis valuation finance or hotel development.
Proven experience leading teams and working across multiple markets with strong stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to support seniorlevel decision making.
