Key Responsibilities
- Prepare review and issue accurate invoices
- Perform billing and payment reconciliations
- Process credit notes and refunds
- Prepare account statements and monthly billing reports
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve queries
- Maintain accurate billing records in financial systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements
Education:- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Bookkeeping qualification or short course (advantageous)
- 12 years experience in billing accounting or a similar finance role
- Experience as a Billing Clerk or Finance Administrator
- Strong numerical and reconciliation ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
