Associate Director of People & Culture
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of People & Culture to join our organization in Udaipur this pivotal role you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive people strategies that drive organizational success and foster a thriving workplace culture. You will partner with senior leadership to shape our human capital initiatives build high-performing teams and create an inclusive environment where employees can grow and excel.
- Develop and implement strategic people and culture initiatives aligned with organizational goals and values
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding of talent across all levels
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution performance management and employee engagement programs
- Lead the design and delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and career paths
- Establish and maintain compliance with Indian labor laws regulations and company HR policies
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Supervise and mentor the HR team fostering professional growth and operational excellence
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs succession planning and organizational development opportunities
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and retention
- Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation for people-related programs
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources People Operations or related field
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing HR teams
- Proven expertise in talent management recruitment and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development and culture transformation
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Experience in performance management compensation and benefits administration
- Proficiency in change management and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Preferred experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement program design
- Preferred knowledge of training facilitation and instructional design
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
