THE ROLE
As an Equipment Consultant youll serve as a trusted advisor to municipalities within your assigned territory. Youll focus on building relationships identifying customer needs and delivering equipment solutions that drive long-term value.

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with municipal customers
- Identifying opportunities and delivering consultative equipment solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and follow-up
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Representing BEC with professionalism integrity and service excellence

REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years of direct selling experience to municipalities
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Valid drivers license and the ability to travel daily
- Must reside in close proximity to the assigned territory
