Role Summary/Purpose

• Lead GE Vernova data and analytics across Indirect Sourcing Capex and Travel including spend analytics savings tracking supplier analysis and procurement performance reporting.
• Support Direct Sourcing Analytics team in designing and developing actionable analytics within Sourcing360.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards scorecards and analytics reports using Excel Tableau and Power BI.
• Proactively improving data quality and accuracy by identifying data gaps process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Deliver strategic and operational analytics support to Sourcing Leaders to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Lead analytics initiatives by leveraging automation GenAI and Lean methodologies to achieve productivity gains.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology partners to design develop test and implement new analytics solutions.
• Champion the adoption of analytics tools and platforms across business and sourcing teams Drive user adoption through enablement activities training and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with the Commercial team on the negotiation and selection of third-party service providers.
• Manage 12 contractors to ensure day-to-day operational deliverables are met.
• Partner with the Digital Technology team to manage new source data ingestion processes including data attribute identification mapping cleansing validation and quality management.
• Plan manage and track analytics projects and transformation initiatives within agreed scope timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements prioritize deliverables manage risks and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular Project reviews provide project governance prioritization status reporting and progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Finance Supply Chain Engineering or a related field. CAS OMLP DTLP or FMP graduates will be a plus.
• Strong experience in spend analytics sourcing analytics procurement reporting or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Excel Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong experience in Procurement processes and system integration projects
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights.
• Strong project management stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Digital Technology and Finance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automation GenAI or Lean improvement methodologies is preferred.
