About the role:

Were looking for an experienced financial analyst or accountant to support our Nursing Program team to deliver on their financial forecasts and commitments. This role is a maximum-term contract (12 months) supporting us while our permanent team member is on Parental Leave.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnerwith Nursing Program teamto provide assurance around all Nursing Program revenue and costs
• Review allnurse compensation andbenefitstatements
• Provideaccuratemodellingaround budgeting and forecasting on an annual and monthly basis
• Improve processesbetweenFinanceand Nursing Program team to ensureaccurateand independent reporting
• Support government reportingfor Nursing Program

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 5 years experience as afinancial analyst or accountant
• Tertiary qualifications inFinanceand Accounting andCPA or CA qualifications
• Exceptionalstakeholder management communication and influencing skills
• Proficient in MS Excelmodelling
• Demonstratedanalytical and financial problem-solvingskills
• Comfortable working withcomplexityat pace
