An established financial services group is seeking experienced Forensic Investigators to join its specialised investigation function. This role focuses on complex whitecollar crime legislative noncompliance and internal/external misconduct impacting the organisation.
Role Purpose
Investigate financial crime fraud misconduct and regulatory breaches delivering highquality reports and supporting disciplinary civil and criminal proceedings.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 35 years experience in forensic or corporate investigations
- Certificate in Money Laundering Control ACAMS or ACFE
- Relevant Bdegree in Law Accounting Risk Management Forensic Investigations Criminal Justice or related field
- Experience in financial crime compliance and complex forensic investigations
- Advantage: Data analysis or data analytics exposure
- Knowledge of fraud legislation insurance health and financial services sectors risk management and criminal investigations
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into whitecollar crime misconduct and regulatory noncompliance
- Compile detailed investigation reports for disciplinary civil and criminal processes
- Testify in legal proceedings when required
- Maintain accurate documentation evidence and records
- Provide riskmitigation recommendations

- Provide accurate information and professional advisory support
