Unit Manager High Care
Location: Centurion

A leading private hospital is recruiting an experienced Unit Manager: High Care to drive clinical excellence operational efficiency and quality patient outcomes within a specialised fastpaced environment.
Role Focus
- Lead safe evidencebased costeffective patient care aligned to clinical governance standards
- Strengthen quality risk and compliance practices including incident management and equipment oversight
- Drive transformation staff development coaching and performance management
- Build strong multidisciplinary and stakeholder relationships to enhance patient experience
- Support digital innovation including adoption of electronic patient records and clinical systems
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with SANC
- Diploma in General Nursing / BCur (or equivalent NQF 7)
- Post Basic Critical Care qualification
- Qualification in Health Services Management
- Minimum 3 years postspeciality experience within ICU/ High Care
